Went to the grocery store tonight and just walked around... found coconut flour, ghee, lard, almond flour, good sale on some meats,5 for 19.99, not bad. Got my cage free organic eggs 2 for 7.00. I am shocked at the prices for organic spinach 6.00 for a container. Cant wait to get the garden going.... big money saver. My grocery store even has a meat brand that is no antibiotics and no hormones, vegetarian fed beef that is very reasonable. Grass fed is a little more expensive but not much variety. Then looked at site called low carb yum and she had lots of recipes that looked delicious, even the coconut flour pancakes. That got me really excited! Lots of variety with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and sweets. Forgot to get stevia tonight, but I will get that when I start making the snack and sweet recipes. Now I'm really starting to get excited about low carb. Can't wait to try some recipes on the weekend. Back to the gym tomorrow to do the "War on the Core" workout! One final comment; is anyone else peeing alot? And I find I'm drinking lots of water. Is that common?
