Really having to dig down deep and find my inner strength not to over eat this week. I have gone from being right lets go for it to oh no not another week of trying to be good. All I can do is keep going and not be so hard on myself.

don't think of it in such a great chunk. break it down into tiny decisions you make during the day. small tiny decisions in the moment

I had a mini breakdown this weekend and ended up stuffing my face. but trust me from experience you would regret it once your mind is back in the right place and you have to work so much harder after so please don't give in! you can do it xx

I caved in myself today too! shit day in work and just wanted some comfort so had icecream cone, small bar of chocolate and strawberries and cream😂 OK I'll pay for it on the scales but it was needed. back to the straight and narrow tomorrow. Onwards and downwards 😆
