Weigh In Now!

Those words have been staring at me for the longest time, looming over my thoughts and making me want to be proud of the numbers on the scale when I weigh myself tomorrow or Friday. I must admit that I've been VERY poor at following my diet plans for the last week or so, which makes me doubtful that the scale will show any good results. Nonetheless, I do hope that I've lost at least half a pound, maybe even more. I guess we'll see when the time comes that I step on the scale again.

You are also still young and growing, your body needs certain things just so you grow correctly.. Making smart choices starts with just one meal.. Pick baby carrots instead of chips.. Peanut butter and jelly instead of pizza.. If you take it one meal at a time it might be easier, but don't be hard on yourself.. The body that you have now at 15 is not the body you'll have forever. Hang in there and remember to take it in small strides not big leaps :)
