Yesterday afternoon I went to a Tea with ladies at church. There were some delicious deserts and I tasted, but kept myself in check, drank water instead of the punch. Last night boy was the sugar craving high. WOW amazing what just a little sugar will do to your mind. I wasn't hungry but my brain was telling me otherwise. I made it through without caving and felt like that was a victory for me.
