Went to a couple's house Sat after the market for a house warming party, I stuck to my diet and didn't eat any of the wonderful stuff they had. None of it was atkin's friendly. Chocolate covered strawberries, meatballs in a sugar based sauce, chips, and so forth. I was starving by the time I made it home but I did it. Thankfully I found some frozen foods that fill me up and are low in carbs. I think the chicken cacciatore I had at home had about 3 net carbs. It was a hectic, bad day Sat but I made it through. Sunday was not good either. More because of the tropical storm and having to close early so I could drive home safely, at least I finally got my breakfast for once there. Good thing I did since they closed the bridge I use to drive home on. It took forever to get home, around an hour and a half, double my normal time. Well worth it however, I got home early enough to use my rotisserie and cook a chicken for dinner and some lunches. Much cheaper than buying one from publix. And I got some "exercise" with my hubby. I usually won't since I'm too sore, tired from working at the flea market all day on the weekends. No breakfast this morning. I just kind of forgot, I wasn't hungry until lunch time. I almost kicked myself for forgetting. Not good Rose!
