Haven't gone out to eat in a while and although I had a small breakfast I forgot how many calories are in restaurant items. You know what though, we have to live and enjoy ourselves every once in a while and that's what I did today. I enjoyed lunch with a friend and shopping for new clothes afterwards. It doesn't mean I am giving up, in fact being able to buy clothes a size smaller today makes me want to continue on. So here's to a fun day!
