I am doing IF now because the very low cal plan wasn't sustainable for me for more than 3 weeks. The fasting is actually super easy for me. I normally never eat early (cuz Im sleeping late and/or eating when I get up gives me a stomachache) so my window for eating is 1pm-8pm. I no longer have any food cravings at night or even during the day. I am also working out on an empty stomach to help with fat burn. Having made this transition/adjustment, I hope to get to my goal weight in a month. I created a folder on my phone of pics of myself along the journey. I see some changes, nothing major but it still helps me with accountability. Its warm here now so I've also incorporated walking the neighborhood for at least 30 minutes. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week as well. Man losing weight is stressful and I feel it has consumed my life recently...
