Wow i totally screwed up yesterday! I was at my sisters and had a couple glasses of red wine, not too bad but then she served enchiladas and when I recorded my carbs was flabergasted as the amount of carbs it had! Gained 2 pounds ! now to start all over again!I can't seem to get past the 10 pound mark!
