I've been gone a couple of days at a conference that is held in a casino, lol. The food is good and they provide a good variety so I loaded up on salad's and skipped the veggies that looked like they were overcooked. The only bad thing is the cigarette smoke since they can smoke in there. When that happens there is no such thing as a non-smoking side. On our lunch break we went out and walked the perimeter of the casino. I made the best choices I could now to burn off and flush out the extra sodium.
And it snowed here over night, yea!!!

@HCB I LOVE snow! Winter is my favorite season. In fact heading into spring and summer I fight seasonal depression. I have so many allergies that going outside can be very difficult. I always joke in summer that I am moving to Barrow, Alaska.LOL But you know what it is all good! Snow here means less chance of forest fire early on.
