So.. I had my bloods checked the other day.. after following FS for about 3 months, I have found not only have I lost weight but all my levels in blood, vitamins etc, are tip top!! Vitamin D... Optimal Calcium... Normal (This is FAB as I have milk intolerance) No aneamia.. Have sufferers from this in the past) Cholesterol 3.8.. (Amaze-balls!) BP.. 123/75 Chance of Heart Disease.. 1.1%
How incredible is that!! I'm 42, not a fan of exercise but I do some (sometimes), but I eat well now and still have chocolate.. but not too much! Happy Friday :)
