Well hello beautiful people!! It has been about a week since I have been on here. So sorry, I have been soooo busy. I have been doing about the same, except I am really feeling the winter blues right now. I lived in WPB Florida for 20 years and upstate South Carolina for 5 years, and recently returned to PA. I am not liking this weather at all!!!! After 6 years of winters I am ready to go back south again!!! This last storm we just got today put about 10 inches of snow on the ground. I HATE WINTER. My skin is dry, my bones ache, and I miss the sunshine! So today I shoveled about a gazillion inches of snow and walked around the neighborhood instead of going to the gym. The war on the belly is still going strong and I am seeing a really big difference around the mid section. Yeah!! I also see extra skin under my chin. Not pretty, but proof of weight loss. My diet has changed a little, I eat whatever I want to now. Teetering on the edge of 170's. Still at 180. UGH! I hope everyone is doing well and moving to beat of their own drum! Someone down south please send me some sunshine. Love to all.
