oh the dreaded coffee!! You really have to read that menu carefully! When I do indulge at starbucks, I usually have a decaf with skim milk. There are sugar free syrups available too. But you have to remember to ask for it! I just make my own at home. You can make a really yummy mocha chino if you add a half pack of sugar free hot chocolate mix to a nice strong cup of coffee and stir it up good! Or put it in the blender for a nice iced coffee. great on a hot summer day!

Try a grande nonfat cappucino, with sugar free vanilla. They are perfect for SB.... It seems like you have sooo much in a cup, but it's all foam..Kinda tricks the mind, heehee :)

When I go there I get the tall non-fat, sugar free vanilla latte. Yum!

According to NutritionData the Starbucks non-fat latte (Tall) has 16g of sugar and 126 calories. That's not too bad and I suppose you could replace the sugar with Splenda.
