it's a little chilly out today but my determination is to get it in, I have to get to this next level, my goal is to get down to the 250 by the month ends and my buddies are telling me to hit the weights more but i hate to see the scale go up with muscle gain...so I'm gonna listen to my heart and keep running for at least 15 pound drop..then I will hit the weight room harder...but cheat day is tommorow I'm looking forward to it....ha ha ha
