I swear it takes me 2 or 3 days to recover from Leg day at the gym...I'm so sore! I also notice my weight goes up after an intense leg work out. Could this be Lactic acid and swelling? Hopefully the weight will go down after a few days. The scale is playing mind games with me and I don't like it!!! :)
