So tired because of the time change and ready to weigh in tomorrow even though I'm not very hopeful. I've been awful with my diet for the last week and I'm doubtful that my weight will have gone down. On a different note, I've decided to just stop writing down my calories in a journal and do it only here on FS because it's less to carry around and worry about. Besides, this does the job!

Your post reminded me to move one of my posts on tumblr (about discipline) up to the top; maybe post it on FS today. FS does a good job of food journaling. The biggest attraction of going private would be using it for a life journal, too. Took a while for me to figure how to download records, though. Time change serves Special Interest Groups, apparently. I have never met ANYONE who likes it.
