Tough week for weight loss. Hit a wall last week where I couldn't lose weight even if I tried to chop off a limb! My goal was to be under 200 lbs by the end of the week but I just couldn't break the 202 mark even with low caloric intake and exercising twice a day. The body just fought me every step of the way. I decided that I would take the weekend off and without going too crazy enjoyed a few good meals. I kept up the exercise and in the end was able to maintain the weight which I believe is a "win" all things considered. I am hoping that I can hit the reset button today and continue to shed some lbs over the next few days and hit my goal.
