So OK, i'm an emotional eater and I did badly on my exam... and when i do badly on exams McDonald's is my fix... well... i went to McDonald. BUT INSTEAD of getting a Big Mac Trio (heheh, thats what they call a combo in Quebec) i got a Chicken Ceasar Salad and a small diet coke. Yummm... and now i'm over it. On the positive, I have to admit though that with this diet it has helped me control my emotional eating and i think this salad is evidence of such. And eating the salad i didn't feel like "more happy" about it... so hopefully the chain has been broken, so to say.
