Day 140- I HAVE HIT A WALL! I am stuck at 192-193 lbs. What to do? I am planning on being much more active the next few days. Mowing lawn today (2hrs) and my 5K run, maybe some weight training. Also, cut a little out of my diet and more veggies. I have been eating more fruit and I wonder if the sugars are not helping? I need to break through this, my next weight loss may just be a forced one..... well lots of water today and see where I am in the morning.

Sorry about that! May I suggest going online and checking the glycemic index of the fruit you are eating - this may help. BTW - from the looks of your graph I'd say you only hit a speed bump - not a wall! Good luck.

I agree with Buffy, looks like a speed bump. Ive read doing HIITs in whatever way you feel is your cardio workout of choice helps with those bumps. Also supersets with weights helps. You may be right about the fruit. Some is not the best choice and the same goes with veggies. Carrots for instance are high in sugar. Im sure this is just a glitch. Good luck with your 5K!!
