Day 140- I HAVE HIT A WALL! I am stuck at 192-193 lbs. What to do? I am planning on being much more active the next few days. Mowing lawn today (2hrs) and my 5K run, maybe some weight training. Also, cut a little out of my diet and more veggies. I have been eating more fruit and I wonder if the sugars are not helping? I need to break through this, my next weight loss may just be a forced one..... well lots of water today and see where I am in the morning.
