Well when I woke up this morning I thought, OK... this isn't so bad, legs are doing alright; until, what did I say, I tried to sit on the toilet. ARRRGGG!!! Holy guacamole! I got half way down and just fell the rest of the way to the seat. LOL, LOL!! My dogs looked at me like,"what the hell was that?" I did manage to get in some elliptical, 30 min. and some bike 15 min. As long as I am standing I'm OK, until I try to sit. Saw my brother after I shopped for mom today, she is still sick, really bad, and he said he was just fine. He told me that pain comes with being old. Nice. By the way, he is 2 years older than me. Smart ass. I did do core exercise today, but I think I will have to take a day off tomorrow. On another note, I am craving beef like crazy! What is up with that? So I've been reading some very inspirational journals on here the last couple of days. Great success stories. Those stories really help me to wanna get up and go everyday. And yes momma me and you are on the same trampoline! Lets cut a hole in the darn thing and fall through! I'll bring the box cutter.
