i really dont think i look like i weigh as much as the scale would like to tell me i do but those numbers on that scale are whats really modavating me to get back down to my goal weight which is 142 in which may be an unrealistic goal seems how i havent weighed that much sence i was in the 8th and 9th grade but i might shock myself and be able to do it i would even be happy with 150 agian!!!
