My weight was the same as yesterday, so that's good, but I am really sleepy. I slept late, then I fell asleep in the car on the way to eat lunch in a restaurant. I feel asleep again on the way home and then slept most of the afternoon. I woke up for a few hours because I had to fix dinner. Now, I feel like I can go and sleep all night again. Is it normal to feel so tired and sleepy? I had two cups of coffee and one diet soda, no other caffeine. Maybe I am in withdrawal. I am taking a B vitamin supplement.
