Look at you. You are doing so well. Wow!!! Just looking at how much you have last in the last couple of months. I have been really lazy with journaling my feelings and I think it has set me back. I am revisiting my goals and need to be faithful with the mental part of my weightloss journey. Thanks for being an inspiration. I like to cheat with peanutbutter, ugh not good. Yogurt and clementines is not too bad. Keep up the good work!
