I know salmon is good for you but it’s quite high in fat-is it good fat though?

Ah that’s good then, had 2 pieces for my dinner and they were about 30g of fat which freaked me out a bit!!

Salmon is great full of omega 3 I have it often it's filling and satisfying so don't worry enjoy

Salmon is wonderful food, I think. Best not farmed though. If you eat wild tinned salmon be sure to drink the liquor from the tin, it has many good nutrients in it. Unlike other tinned fish it is not added water, just juice from the salmon meat and of course lots of the fat floating there too. Really healthy fat. Good fat is your friend, do not fear it.
