I was so hungry this morning that I broke the fast a little early and had an oatmeal cookie. I've been wanting to add sardines to my diet. I like the little ones in mustard sauce, so I had a can of those. There were two little chocolates in the freezer and figured it was time to get rid of those. Lunch was pretty caloric, so I watched my portions at dinner and had fish again. I came in close to my calorie goal. I escaped into the 140s again on the scale. Pretty good day.
