I think I have plateaued on my weight loss. Keeping calories down but weight is not decreasing. Will keep on doing what I am doing though.

Give it 2-3 weeks, if your weight hasn’t budged in that time then lower your weekly calorie intake

If you are working out, you could be gaining muscle. The scale is only a small part of your overall health and wellness.

Ditto above comments Mike, a consistent deficit will produce fat and weight loss results over a longer sample period. BTW, your efforts to maintain as much muscle mass as possible while you are dropping is a great foundation to long term success. Remember, plateaus can hit all of us as our body resets and/or gets more efficient (lower BMR) as we get lighter. Also, depending on our activities and social events, sometimes not gaining in a month can be a big win! Good luck!!

During plateau's it is important to have measurements to look back at. sometimes I loose inches not ounces.
