My parents have forced me to eat so much in the past two days and I've gone over my RDI. It's supposed to be 1500 calories, I typically go for 1100 calories, and I've gone over 2000 calories both days. I really need to cut back on what I'll eat while I'm by myself and just eat around my parents to make them happy.

It's tough when someone else is buying the food. Ideally you could eat a lot of low calorie food; i.e., leafy greens and raw vegetables. The visual (and crunchy sounds) would probably be enough to keep them off your back. Work on eating the highest quality food available to you, not junk.
