Really disappointed...
I lost only 0.6kgs this week... I worked so hard, exercising, had no cheat meals and I lost such a little :(

Please remember, that is a healthy loss. Anything more then 0.5 a week is not actually sustainable.

600grams is not a small loss at all. You are also losing centimeters so don't let that scale lie to you and make u feel unaccomplished. I always say better down than up so in your case it's better to see 0.6kg down than seeing 0.6kg up :D

with keto you will loose 0.2 to 0.8 per week, you will see results. Remember the scale is not your friend, cm,s counts a lot. You will see times when you loose more than 2kg a week. Just be positive you will do it👏👏

It is still a loss!!! The scale is going down - that is the main thing. Just keep going and keep to your new healthier lifestyle, the results WILL follow

well done on the loss. You wont reach your goals overnight. Remember Rome was not built in a day. 600grams loss is actually pretty good. My first week I gained almost double what you have lost.
