Well lost 2 of the 3lbs I put back on and wasnt even actually totally phase 1 yesterday. I am gonna try and do a few days of phase 1 starting today. I have to make it to the grocery store to get some rice and sweet potatos however. Just found out about my marriage license this morning so we now have a date. It is august 4th. OMG I AM SO EXCITED.... and nervous.
