I'm so glad that I've lost weight right in time for the beginning of P.E. class because that means that I'm already physically and mentally prepared for the exercise and dieting that is going to help me lose even more. It's hard to resist the temptations of unhealthy foods, especially with just having started the diet, but hopefully the exercise will take that off of my mind and help me focus on my body and the wanting to shed some pounds. I'm excited for the future!
