Starting day 9 of Keto and I have achieved ketosis. It took some time to purge the carbs, but I am now on the right track. My hunger has improved and I feel myself eating less. Certainly less volume - and that will allow my stomach to shrink. I have gotten through the past two years eating a bag of prepared salad everyday for lunch. My stomach has never reduced in volume due to this and so it seems as though I was perpetually hungry. When I would fall off the wagon and eat a wagon full of junk, it would really show in my rapid weight gain. I am hoping keto is my ultimate solution to managing this and getting myself set up for success for the rest of my life.

Keto has certainly helped me! My numbers do not look dramatic to anyone but myself. For the first time in a decade, I am losing instead of gaining while on a "diet". I will never look back. My vitals are also better.

Ketosis is your golden ticket, this enables you body to burn it's own stored fat! It's a natural process doesnt matter what diet woe your doing cutting the carbs gets you into ketosis, eating too many carbs kicks you out! Great job!
