At my conference I got to eat some yummy food that we don't have here in our little county. That however has paid me back big time in the fact that I have felt like I have a huge rock in my gut. Lesson learned. I started feeling not well on Thursday night and am finally turning the corner. On an interesting side I tasted an elderflower hard cider that was good.
Anyway back to putting in my body what I know makes it happy. Simple good food.

I guess it depends on what you get, that for me is the best thing about conferences or anytime I go to a major city. I usually go for Jamaican food of course but if not some ethnic food, with strong spice. Hope you feel back to your regular self soon.
