I got on the scales this morning and found that I had put on half a pound which was a little disappointing, I think I must have eaten too much yesterday I will have to have a close look at my food diary. I only record my weight once a week so I have still got plenty of time to get back on track.

Your caloric intake was pretty high yesterday. Even on Atkins if you take in more than your burn off, you can show a gain. But it could also be from sodium, so who knows. Maybe lower it today and see if that helps.

Hi Suzi161 I am sure you are right I don't think I have ever consumed that many calories. I think I have done a little better today but the scales will tell tomorrow morning
