As I continue reading in the allergy book it talks about how we really only eat about 15 different foods. For example wheat: Cereal for breakfast, a flour tortilla at lunch and then a hamburger bun at dinner. By doing this we deplete our bodies of the enzymes needed to breakdown that particular food. I really stopped and thought about that. So this week I am going to try and be a little more purposeful about making sure that I don't over do any one certain food and see if that makes a difference.
