Its beautiful out today 59 and sunny Maxie my yorkie poo has spent many hours in and out of the house today..he loves his back yard. He took a ride in the car with me to purchase some protein powder so that I could make some of the fat bombs for myself. Really like the site ketoconnect on youtube Megha and Matts videos have assisted me tremendously this week with my keto research and their videos seemed to be very informative but on the light side of comical too. So my fat bombs are made and put up in the freezer... I did tried one... when my appetite returns Im sure I will enjoy them more. Im going to grill our dinner tonight again...we had ribeyes last night and tonight Im grilling burgers...just refilled the gas grill tank yesterday so now Im ready again to enjoy grilled foods.. our indoor grill is okay but not as good as the outdoor grill. Working the weekend so need to prepare my meals etc. I hope you all have a productive and fun weekend...do enjoy it;)
