So last week went fairly well. At the begining of this week I attended a friend's going away party and drank a lot...I of coarse watched my points. I used all of my extra 35 points to drink and splurge on food afterwards. So right now it is a bit more difficult not having the extra points to fall back on at the end of the day. Cue...this is where my activity points should be coming into play. My goal for this week is to get 3 activity points in. I am severely out of shape and I need to start slowly. Therefore, I have decided that I will go on 3 walks this week. I live in a hilly city, so it should be a nice intro...
