I am taking an herb class and I learned last night that cucumbers are an excellent source of fluoride. Who knew?
At our church they have out coffee and hot chocolate and I thought oh maybe I will have some hot chocolate after I get done playing the piano. Well, it was all gone so even though I was tempted I didn't have to worry.
