Alright, so my junk food diet isn’t going so well. I’m having a really hard time sticking with it because I don’t want to eat only garbage :(
So today I was pretty good :/

Running 20 minutes, Climbing 30 minutes, skateboarding 1 hour (-975cal)
~1500cal deficit
Wasn’t really hungry after the Freebirds gorge... I also had a sugar free Red Bull. Maybe I’ll be more hungry tomorrow.
