Woot woot! For the first time this is actually working for me! But then again this past week I've been jogging every day so most of what I lost is water weight. No matter what, I am. After a long night last night I woke up with a hangover. and usually my hangovers consist of an attack on water and carbs! So I woke up thinking "noodless, nooodless! thats what I need, and peanut butter! and and..bagels!" and then I stopped. and realized "hmm I don't actually want this crap!" Through this program I realized how I eat certain food that I don't really want just 'cause it has become a habit. Now I go for the better option. Well, at least I try :)
