Well, today my hubby and I did our "Sunday Setup" a concept that celebrity fitness guru Kathy Kaehler recommends. We cooked up, chopped up, and sliced up lots of healthy food. Then we put it all in clear storage containers that show all the beautiful colors of this fresh and healthy food.

We are tyring to follow a low glycemic, blood type eating program. I'm a bit skeptical but it means that we can have pasta, which I like! My hubby has been anti-pasta for years. We cooked up spelt pasta which is supposed to be good for our blood types.

I am still depressed about "only" losing 1.5lbs but I know that slow and steady wins the race. It's just that when you have 60lbs to lose, 1.5 seems so piddly!

I am really going to try and kick up the exercise factor this week. We ordered a water row machine and it's supposed to arrive this week. I hope it helps my aching right ankle!
