Non-Scale victory. I havent worked out since before Christmas and I knew I had to get a work out in today. I didn't feel like it, I didn't want to, I just went through the motions, but I did it. For that I feel victorious and I hope to see the needle move cause apparently, I'm stuck - but since I haven't worked out, I guess I can't complain. Weight Loss Goals, KAZAH!!!

I havent done anything Sharon for a long time.... but Im back and your stats to me look very impressive... you are 19 down more than myself and Im just getting into the thought process that I the need to exercise daily to feel better ...change of life had me in a funk but now I have a change of heart and its time for me to feel better again.

Thanks everyone for comments. I just want to comment on the visual aide if I may. I love a graph chart and watching the curve bend down, but on my other weight loss website, they have a feature that is new to me. It's a circle graph, and they rank your progress by letting you know where you should be in weight loss. LOL, I joined Dec 21, but the video I had to make freaked me out, plus I was busy with holiday. So I hadn't been weighing. I just went there for the first time since my weight video, and according to the circle graph, I'm two pounds over where I should be. I like how it tracks my days, I've got 165 days to lose 45 lbs and collect a grand on my bet...I read someone's post who said she had three months to lose 30lbs and that she squandered a lot of time on her bet.
