ok...
6 pounds gone.. it took me almost 2 months! thats sort of a shame..
I just can't help bingeing late at night :(
Everything goes perfect for the day..then I open the refrigrator to get a low calorie drink and face that damn cheesecake!
:(
Oh well..I guess one cheesecake isn't the end of the world..
I cant wait to be 110!!!

I know the feeling. My late night binge use to be a huge bowl of cereal before going bed. It took a while but I finally got over it and now drink water or eat a piece of fruit when I feel like binging. Been working good so far for the past few months.

i used to love a big bowl of honey bunches of oats before bed, now i'm sticking to almonds if i want savory, or jello if i want sweet...stick with it and you'll do great!

Good job on the weight loss! My progress has been slow-going too. And I feel your pain with the cheesecake...I love my desserts/sweets. One thing I can recommend is getting Edy's LOADED ice cream. It's got about 250 calories for a serving and it's low in fat but really full of taste.
