I'm really excited about the new year. My best friend has decided to get healthy as well. She's 5ft 8in and almost 400lbs. She got divorced from her husband and started gaining. We can hold each other accountable and go to the gym with each other for motivation. She has been with me on my journey of weight loss and it has her thinking. I've told her I'm trying to get healthy not look good. She has 4 kids to think of and she knows it can be done. Lord knows if I can do it anyone can. I still have a way to go but I'm more determined than ever. Thankful she's thinking of herself now, health wise. It took a year for me to loose 62lbs. It will be a lifetime to keep it off. But i am and i will. Thanks to all the support on FS. Couldn't have done it without your support.
