First day of carb "detox" was rough. Very low energy and so hard to find food to make meals. But today I feel completely different. I've gotten more accomplished this morning than I have all week. I had a balanced breakfast and made a smoothie for a snack and still feel really good. Hoping it keeps up and that the recipes I've found turn out well!
