Started out stress eating yesterday. A healthy breakfast isn't donuts. I got myself together before I did more damage to myself but was way over on calories. I will do better today. Yesterday was my Dad's birthday and he's been gone for 13 years. Plus right here at the holidays makes it worse. He just turned 52 when cancer took him. Even though it still hurts I will stay strong. I'm doing this for me. Really wouldn't want to weigh myself right now. 😇
