Walked 3.1 miles this morning but doggies along for only 1.1 miles due to it being pretty warm...78 degrees when we started and already 83 degrees when I dropped the dogs off at home and continued on. It's great pool weather, but for walking, maybe not so much. :)
I will continue on with the current Tweak of the Week having my carbs under control but also limiting my calories to 1300 or less. Feeling pretty good on this, although it's sometimes hard to make sure everything fits properly....enough protein, keeping the carbs under control, eating the strawberries we picked on Saturday (!!), etc.
April netted me a loss of 2 pounds which is OK by me at this stage. All of the 2 pounds came last week with the current Tweak. Otherwise, my weight had been steady since early March.
One more pound down and I will tie my lowest weight on the journey; another pound (2 pounds down) and I will have a new low, and yet another pound (3 pounds down) and I will go to Pre-Maintenance with 5 pounds left until goal. It actually feels like I've been in Pre-M for awhile now - LOL!
