My head feels like it is going to explode, I hate headaches. It came on last night and I had great hopes of it going away over night but no luck. Of course I upset my hubby because I am crying and he hates that. So I am trying a mixture of tylenol, Dr Pepper and essential oils. No luck yet but I am praying. But this also means that much exercise is a no go for at least today.
