I got through the whole day with eating only my supplements and got home around midnight and ate a whole sleeve of crackers and hummus. Im still hopeful that I can do this. Today is a new day and I am still alive and grateful to have woken up on the right side of the ground.🤗🤗🤗

Don't be too hard on yourself. Sometimes we slip up and sometimes we do better than expected. I've started to portion my food that I take to work since I count calories. Yes, I literally count a certain amount of pretzels into a Ziploc bag for my mid-morning snack! The other rule I have....only eat what I bring. Don't take any money so that way I won't buy any extras. I come home and I'm starved, but have a tiny snack ready when I walk in the door. Today it was a couple slices of baked ham lunchmeat (within my calories and protein to fill me up). I think you're doing great! Hummus is a healthy snack!
