I've been sticking to the diet, religiously, even over Thanksgiving. MY Gym routine has been drastically interrupted by the holidays and now Jury duty! HAve weighed in officially yet, Doc did not have my lab reports, so didn't get to use the scale. Still believe I've lost a few pounds since October. Pants are bigger anyway. Will update on Dec 6.!!
