So I went to the Dr office yesterday for my annual and found out based on my BMI, that I am close to being overweight for my height. Icing on the cake was when the Dr asked me if I ever exercise and that I need too. On the plus side, Dr is sending me to a surgeon so I can get rid of these ugly ropey varicose veins on my legs from all the weight I gained during my pregnancies. I am excited, that I will eventually be able to wear dresses and shorts without feeling self conscious. I think being able to buy new clothes is more of a motivating factor, but dr's comments too have made me decide to go back on fatsecret. Hopefully, I will do better this time.
