I found that eating fresh is what works optimally for me. Eating the richer traditional foods of the holidays makes me feel sluggish, the tummy bloats and discomfort occurs. Low sodium nutrition requires a fresher kind of eating. Sodium is found in preservatives, too. So when I do intake sodium, it should be the best quality.

Okay. I get it. Now, just so you know, I also gained a pound back so my conclusion is that fresher foods make for a leaner body.

I'll have to come up with a wonderful alternative for X-Mas dinner (for me). It's Sunday and I need to get to work.
